Rathkeale mum, Tanya Jones, together with the weight management support team at Giltenane’s Pharmacy Rathkeale beat the whole of the county to become the regional winner of the Tone & Slim weight management team of the year competition.
Giltenane’s Pharmacy manager, Elaine Giltenane, was delighted with the result. “The team put in a great effort to get to the final and Tanya along with Brid Brady, the Tone & Slim weight management consultant, did a fantastic job”. Tanya’s performance was what counted at the end of the day with a weight loss of 3 stone 9 pounds, waist loss of 11 inches, hip loss of 5 inches and dress sizes down from 22 to 14.
“Results like this are a real benefit to Tanya’s health in the long term and she now has the momentum to even go further and deliver a super result in June” said Ciaran Hurley, National Programme Manager for Tone & Slim.
